If you are a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law in your country of residence. Nothing in the above takes away or reduces your rights as a consumer to rely on those provisions.

If you are a consumer, any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim between you and Us relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the relationship between you and Us (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, as determined by your residency.

If you are a business, any disputes concerning these Terms and Conditions, the relationship between you and Us, or any matters arising therefrom or associated therewith (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

Service

The service is fully virtual. The Client may have more than one person working on their account at any time in accordance with the symbiosis of the Supplier’s Purpose (as stated on ‘Team’ page). We do not offer in-person support. In this way we do not put staff at risk, in the provision of the specified service, where Health and Safety safeguards or limitation of liability is concerned.

 

Code of Ethics

 

We promote a safe working environment with zero tolerance for unacceptable behaviour. We will not tolerate offensive or aggressive behaviour towards the Team. We have the right to pause/stop the provision of the specified services to the Client if the Client displays unacceptable behaviour towards the aforementioned parties. Examples of this include but are not limited to online, telephonic communications, unreasonable questioning of the professional judgement or integrity of the Team, actions/behaviour causing negative affect to the Team and impacting our overall client base or Team retention.

 

The Client is expected to be objective and fair in all communications with us and the team. The Client shall refrain from any offensive or aggressive behaviour towards Us or the team in all communications, the client shall respect our confidential information and non-working hours by sending out of hours requests through a non-invasive platform with a log in/out feature.

 

Security

 

We have, at our discretion, the right to refuse or cancel a contract or, prior to contract agreement, a client’s request for a specified service where the security measures are outside of what we provide and we deem reasonable to non-disruptive operational running of the business. The Client shall provide all security requirements necessary to their business in engaging us prior to/during the consultation call or contract, in the interests of saving both Client and Supplier time.

 

The Supplier’s safeguarding security measures include VPN, Criminal Records Standard DBS (England/Wales) check and Fraud and Sanctions Check.
